Do Nice Guys Always Finish Last?
I'm not worried about wether they finish last...I love the fact that THEY FINISH! Don't get me wrong though, I love the duchebags and the assholes because they can still be nice guys! The 'nice' ones in my opinion are the men that are respectful and free hearted when they don't have to be. Manners are a part of His character and respect is His middle name, but he will never let anyone run over him.
When it comes to love, nice guys start the race! They get the party started and go at a steady pace. The crazy, disrepectful losers get mad when they miss the first hurdle and quit! Lame! IMO, the douchebags and a-holes are the ones that leave women all bitter and hurt. The "nice guys" are the ones that have a better chance of being loyal to you (not always but I'd say more often than not). And they're the ones who seem to have to wait LONGER than the douchebags and "alpha-male a-holes" to find love... usually into their 30s and 40s. That's why they're said to "finish last"... even tho they "finish".
But hey, I could be wrong.
Nice guys finish but are often left holding the bag when women tend to sense weakness if men won't stand thier ground or establish boundaries women should not cross with them. When a man can't show leadership and an ability to make sound decisions being nice just doesn't cut it. Women zero in on this and rip nice guys to shreds. So being nice is humanistic while being a real man tried, tested,and proven makes for a potentially long lasting romance.
Wrong, nice guys have all the better chance then any one else. Sure the A-holes and D-bags get the girl in the bedroom, but the nice guy keeps the girl wanting more and not just sex.
it would be nice for NICE guys to get run the race with a fair chance. but the fact of the matter is nice guys only get a chance after assholes and douchebags did they damage to heart of woman they admire. i will agree with Ms. Hill that we do finished, its just that we run with a 20 lb weight vest. but then again if you never struggle for something then you will never really appreciate it! so i guess it goes hand and hand.
